Terms & Conditions

The short version: Jadui Dabba is a curation & reselling page, not a manufacturer or a traditional store. We find products on third-party platforms and place orders on your behalf. Because we don’t make, stock, or ship the products ourselves, our policies on returns, refunds, and delivery are different from a normal shop.

1. Who We Are

Jadui Dabba (@jadui.dabba) is an independent product-curation and reselling page. We discover products listed on third-party e-commerce platforms and showcase them to our audience. When you place an order with us, we act as a facilitator: we source the product from a third-party platform and arrange for it to be shipped to the address you provide. We are not the manufacturer, brand owner, or original seller of any product shown. By ordering, you accept that the product is fulfilled through a third-party platform and that our role is limited to curation and order facilitation.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are placed through WhatsApp or direct message. An order is confirmed only once you have shared complete delivery details and full payment has been received.
  • Payment is collected in advance via UPI or the method communicated at the time of ordering. We do not offer cash on delivery unless explicitly stated.
  • The final price you pay is the price we quote you — not the price listed on any third-party platform.
  • Once payment is made and the order is placed on your behalf, the order is final and locked.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Because products ship through third-party platforms and their courier partners, delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Typical delivery is 4–12 days but can vary based on the source platform, courier, your location, and stock availability. Jadui Dabba is not responsible for delays caused by the source platform, couriers, weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We share tracking details wherever available.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

As a general policy, all sales are final. Because we source products individually on your behalf, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size/colour selected by you, “didn’t like it in person,” or minor variations in shade, texture, or packaging. Please order carefully and double-check the product, price, colour, size, and delivery address before confirming. Product photos/videos are for reference — real products may vary slightly.

Limited exceptions where we will try to help (as required by consumer law):

  • The item delivered is materially different from what was ordered.
  • The item arrives physically damaged or broken, reported with a clear unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The item never arrives despite being marked delivered.

Damaged or broken on arrival? We’ve got you. Just send us a photo (and an unboxing video, if you have one) on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll replace the item free. This applies to items that arrive damaged, broken, or clearly defective.

For all other cases, any remedy depends on the outcome we can obtain from the source platform — we pass on whatever resolution they provide. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we have already paid for the product on your behalf.

5. Product Accuracy

Images and videos are for illustration. We do not manufacture or quality-test items, and we make no warranty as to quality, durability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty is the responsibility of the original manufacturer or brand, not Jadui Dabba.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jadui Dabba’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for issues arising from the source platform, couriers, product misuse, allergic reactions, or injuries. Products should be used as intended and kept away from children where relevant.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • You will provide accurate and complete delivery details. We are not responsible for orders lost due to wrong addresses or unreachable phone numbers.
  • You are 18 or older, or ordering with a parent/guardian’s consent.
  • You will record an unboxing video if you intend to raise a damage claim.
  • You understand and accept this reselling model before paying.

8. Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order — your name, phone number, and delivery address — and share these with the source platform strictly to ship your product. We do not sell your personal information.

9. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these terms at any time; the version published at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad. Nothing here removes any right that cannot legally be waived under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
